About

Welcome to Diamond of Dunluce

Mixed Income, Affordable Housing, Built with Dignity
Diamond of Dunluce is a visionary townhouse community in North Edmonton that puts people before profit. Designed for multigenerational families, newcomers, and equity-deserving residents, this development addresses the city’s urgent need for inclusive, affordable homes.

A joint effort between Vivid Homes and IslamicFamily, the project will feature 96 spacious townhomes—from 1 to 4 bedrooms, with accessible main-floor options and family-sized basements. Half of all homes will be rented at 20% below market rates for 40 years, helping Edmonton families secure lasting housing.
