Diamond of Dunluce is a community-led affordable housing development in North Edmonton. Designed for multigenerational families, newcomers, and equity-deserving groups, the project will offer 96 thoughtfully designed townhomes — half of which will remain below-market rent for 40 years.
Located at 365 Dunluce Road NW, this project is led by Vivid Homes in partnership with IslamicFamily, and built around accessibility, sustainability, and community voice.
